At what time should I arrive for my reservation?

Please arrive 1 Hour prior to reservation. This way, you will have time to check in, read all liability forms, sign waivers, receive instruction by staff, and, if needed, do your boater’s license test. Also, arriving 1 Hour minutes early allows you to not cut into your reservation time.

How do I get my boater’s license?

According to the FWC, if you were born after January 1st 1988, you are legally required to have a boater’s license while operating a watercraft. We can provide you with a boater’s license on this web site by clicking the “Florida Temporary Boaters License” button at the bottom of the page. You must arrive 1 hour prior to your booking time if you or anyone in your party needs to take a test.

How old do you need to be to rent/drive a waverunner?

You must be 18 years or older to rent one while having a Safe Boating Test on you. If younger than 18 a parent or guardian must be present.

What if I’ve never ridden a waverunner before?

Not to worry! All customers will be given a tutorial by our friendly staff on how to safely operate the watercraft. This is one of the reasons we need you onsite 1 Hour before your booking time.

How much is the security deposit?

We apply a hold on a Credit Card for $300 per waverunner. Upon post rental inspection, we issue the deposit right away. If you use a credit card, it is normally refunded immediately depending on your bank.

What is the cancellation policy?

We don’t offer any last-minute cancellation/refund. The cancellation would need to be done within 24 hours before the booking date and time. Cancellations must be done by phone only, so you cannot email, text, or just leave a message. There are no refunds if cancelled within 24 hours.

What if there’s poor weather conditions on my rental day?

We will offer a reschedule option for another day. If this does not fit into your vacation, then we will issue a refund.

What do I bring with me?

We do recommend protective eyewear while riding. Please wear sunscreen, proper active/swimwear, and towels to dry off. We provide life vests and have various sizes available. We also have free lockers onsite for you to use.

Do you have free parking?

Unfortunately, we do not have free parking. There are plenty of parking by plate spots throughout the village or a large parking garage on the west end of the boardwalk.

What is the maximum weight a waverunners can hold?

We recommend that the maximum weight does not exceed 450 lbs and no more than three people at a time.

How many hours can we rent a waverunner?

We offer three different rentals, 1 Hour Rental, 1.5 Hour Rental and 2 Hour Rental. You can book any of these right from this website or by calling us. We allow 1 switch out per hour, This means that if you have more then three guests you can come back one time in your hour to switch out with each other. This will cut into your ride time so we suggest that renting two waverunners would be better value.
